Grade acquires Realcruit

Grade continues to grow and acquires Realcruit. Realcruit offers a user friendly and profound software for the automated measuring of candidate experience, with improved candidate experience as the main goal. The candidate experience is an important part when building a strong employer brand, and with the help of Realcruit, you can quickly identify and improve the recruitment process with candidate feedback.

– We are very happy to welcome Realcruit into our group and our product vision of an end-to-end-solution covering the entire employee journey. We have noticed a great demand for a GDPR compliant solution for measuring candidate experience, from both existing and potential customers. Through the acquisition of Realcruit, we are now meeting that need and further strengthening our product offering to help our customers improve their internal recruitment processes and their employer brand, says Rickard Kajson, CEO of Grade.

– That Realcruit now enters Grade aligns perfectly with our vision; 100% satisfied candidates in the recruitment process. Realcruit is in a position where we are ready to take the next step to broaden our market and our product further. As part of Grade, there are great benefits in the form of synergies between product and market. With Grade’s skills and resources, the product can now be developed even further, and create more value for our customers by improving their candidate experience and employer brand” says Linus Wetterlind, founder of Realcruit.
