Recruiter adds the candidate

Choose your questionnaire and invite your candidate via SMS and E-mail, then the automated process will start. You can do this step directly in Refensa or through an integration with your recruitment tool. Next, the candidate uploads their references and Refensa reminds and compiles the report for you. You get a finished report and can then easily make a decision.

The candidate uploads their references

In the dashboard, the candidate uploads the references you requested. You can also, without spending more time yourself, let Refensa interview more references for the same candidate and thus create a broader picture of the candidate. To enhance the candidate experience, the candidate can follow the process and see what stage they are at.

The references respond

References answer questions in Refensa’s interactive chatbot, which creates an engaging and user-friendly experience. If the reference prefers to be called, an automated “book a meeting” function is launched that quickly finds a time and sends out the meeting invitation to both the recruiter and the reference.

The report is aggregated to the recruiter

Once the report is finished, it is easy to compare the responses of the references. The Refensa candidate-led process also displays alerts when the candidate and reference have given different answers to the same question. This provides an extra verification step for higher validity.
