Grade and Talentech merge into the leading Nordic HR-tech company

Grade and Talentech are now one: Talentech

A stronger, more connected HR software experience built for the full employee journey.

Grade and Talentech have completed their merger, following approval from competition authorities in all four Nordic countries. We are now coming together as one organization, operating under the name Talentech.

What this means for HR teams

More capability in one place, a clearer product direction, and a stronger foundation to help you manage the employee journey end-to-end—without adding complexity.

HR teams today face increasing complexity and pressure, often without the tools to truly make an impact. The new Talentech will help even more customers to manage recruitment, onboarding and employee development, now also by taking our solutions to the next level.

Walter Leicher, appointed CEO of Talentech

This is about making HR software feel less fragmented and more like one connected journey for candidates, employees, managers, and HR.

A more connected HR platform across the employee journey

By combining the strengths of Grade and Talentech, we’re building a broader, more integrated HR software offering—from recruitment and onboarding to development and retention. When the employee journey is connected, HR teams spend less time bridging tools and more time driving outcomes.

What stays the same for customers

The purpose is simple: strengthen the platform and the partnership you rely on today, while creating better opportunities for development over time. Any future changes will be introduced gradually and communicated well in advance, with a focus on improving value without disruption.

What’s next: a clearer roadmap and smarter insights

Over time, customers will benefit from a more unified platform and a clearer product roadmap—making it easier to plan, standardize, and scale HR processes confidently.

The combined platform is designed to help HR teams attract, recruit, develop, and retain engaged talent using AI-powered, data-driven insights—so you can make better decisions faster, even when resources are tight.
