Creating a pulse survey in Grade Pulse is easy. Choose which areas you want to measure and how many questions from each category the survey should include.
Select how often and to which part of the organization you’d like to send the surveys out. You can even send different surveys to different parts of the organization.
The surveys will now be sent out to your employees. Each link is unique, and employees are able to fill it out on their phone or computer.
Employees respond to short rating scale questions and even have the option to leave their manager feedback, which can also be submitted anonymously if they prefer.
All pulse survey results are tracked in intuitive dashboards. Each manager is able to see their team’s survey trends in real time and receive data-based suggestions on corrective actions based on the pulse survey results.
Of course, results can also be easily shared with your employees.
Many organizations choose to combine pulse surveys with more in-depth employee surveys at least once per year. Employee surveys are often an integral part of continual workplace improvement.
