Finland’s largest nursing leadership forum will bring together hundreds of nursing supervisors and leaders at Tampere Hall on 13–14 January 2026 to gain inspiration, develop their leadership skills, and advance nursing leadership.
The core themes of the event are knowledge, technology, and emotion — with a particular focus on leading by example, humanity in supervisory work, and the role of artificial intelligence in supporting leadership. We are pleased to be involved in supporting the development of nursing leadership.
