Grade sells Matcha to Multisoft
Focus on core business
Matcha has been part of Grade since 2021, when Workbuster, Varbi and Grade merged. Since then, Grade has developed a strategy to streamline its operations focusing on software for the employee journey.
– Matcha has been an important part of Grade – with a strong product, a dedicated team and fantastic customers. Grade is now taking a clearer direction to focus on the employee journey, and since Matcha differs from Grade’s other products, we have been looking to find a better owner for the product and team. We are very pleased to hand over the operations to Multisoft, who know the industry and wants to develop Matcha in the long term together with customers and other stakeholders, says Rickard Kajson, CEO of Grade.
– We look forward to growing the business together with the Matcha team and being able to offer customers the opportunity for fully customized features and integrations with other systems. Matcha will be a powerful solution for both those who want a standard cloud-based solution and for those with more unique needs, says Emil Gyllenring, CEO of Multisoft.
Business-as-usual for Matcha’s customers
Multisoft takes over the entire operation, including its employees. Product owner Mia Stipić looks positively towards the future and sees significant benefits for Matcha’s customers with Multisoft as the new owner. She also emphasizes that Matcha’s customers can rest assured, knowing that the operations will continue as usual.
– The most important thing for me is that our customers feel secure with our product and the close relationship with us who work with Matcha. Our availability, support, and maintenance will continue as usual, and we maintain the same customer focus as before. Multisoft has a strong business strategy within IT solutions, which will provide Matcha with even greater opportunities for improvement and growth, says Mia Stipić, Product owner of Matcha.
