The Grade Way

The Grade Group was formed in 2021 through the merger of Varbi, Grade, and Workbuster. That combination created a strong foundation for an integrated HR and talent platform built for the needs of the Nordic market.

Since then, we have expanded our offering with complementary solutions including Refensa, Realcruit, Jobbnorge, Kuntarekry, and Kirkkorekry, strengthening our ability to support recruitment, onboarding, development, and employee engagement at scale.

In January 2026, Grade merged with Talentech, marking the next phase in our journey. Together, we are building a broader, more integrated HR tech platform with increased capacity for innovation, development, and long-term customer value.
